Tom Chappell CPCU, President

Tom Chappell has been a local agent in the Quad Cities since 1974. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and has the CPCU insurance designation. He lives in Coal Valley with wife Lydia and children Chris and Craig.

Anne Mattly, Office Manager

Anne has been a licensed property and casualty agent since 2004. She lives in Rock Island with her miniature schnauzers.
